Protein + Adaptogen Matcha Latte

INGREDIENTS

Matcha Latte

Cashew Milk

  • 1.5 cups raw organic cashews

  • 4 cups filtered water

  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

  • Pinch sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Cashew Milk

  1. Soak cashews overnight

  2. Strain soaked cashews, then put them in Tribest Soyabella Nut Milk Maker's fine screen

  3. Pour water into the Nut Milk Maker base

  4. Blend on raw for 3 rounds

  5. Remove the fine screen from the base

  6. Stir in maple syrup and sea salt

  7. Pour into a bottle and store in the fridge for up to a week

Matcha Latte

  1. Heat water to 175ºF and combine with matcha packet in a small bowl

  2. Whisk matcha rigorously until froth forms

  3. Combine cashew milk, collagen peptides, and superfood creamer in a milk frother on the hot setting

  4. Combine matcha shot and milk in a mug and enjoy
