DIY Sushi
Gluten-free, dairy-free healthy sushi with all the customizable fixings.
INGREDIENTS
Organic rice vinegar
Smoked wild-caught salmon
Avocado
Cabbage slaw
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook rice according to instructions
Once the rice is cooked mix in rice vinegar and coconut aminos, to taste
Spread rice on nori in an even layer, using a spatula or wooden spoon to make an even, flat layer
Layer cream cheese, salmon, avocado, and slaw along one side of the nori paper
Gently roll the paper like a burrito until a roll is formed
Cut into segments
Enjoy with Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos Teriyaki Sauce as a dipping sauce
