Grain-Free Granola

Servings: 6 cups | Prep Time: 5 Min | Cook Time: 25 Min | Inactive Time: 15 Min | Total Time: 45 Min


No grains, no refined sugar, no dairy, no junk!

Wet Ingredients


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl

  3. Heat coconut oil on low heat until melted then mix in honey and vanilla bean powder

  4. Mix wet with dry until well combined

  5. Like a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread granola in an even layer

  6. Bake for 24 minutes & wait for your kitchen to smell like heaven

  7. Cool for 5 minutes

  8. Place in fridge for 30 minutes or freezer for 15 min to solidly granola & make it CRUNCH

  9. Store in airtight container and keep in fridge or freezer for maximum crunch
