Grain-Free Granola
Servings: 6 cups | Prep Time: 5 Min | Cook Time: 25 Min | Inactive Time: 15 Min | Total Time: 45 Min
No grains, no refined sugar, no dairy, no junk!
INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
1 cup raw pecans
1 cup raw walnuts
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
Wet Ingredients
1/4 c melted coconut oil
1/4 c honey
1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
Heat coconut oil on low heat until melted then mix in honey and vanilla bean powder
Mix wet with dry until well combined
Like a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread granola in an even layer
Bake for 24 minutes & wait for your kitchen to smell like heaven
Cool for 5 minutes
Place in fridge for 30 minutes or freezer for 15 min to solidly granola & make it CRUNCH
Store in airtight container and keep in fridge or freezer for maximum crunch
