INGREDIENTS
3 cups organic brown rice flour
1.5 cups organic tapioca flour
1/2 cup organic buckwheat flour (it’s a seed, not wheat!)
2 tbsp organic chia seed powder (ground chia seeds)
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix into well combined.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
