Chocolate Veggie Bread

Servings: 8-10 | Prep Time: 10 Min | Cook Time: 60 Min | Total Time: 70 Min

Moist chocolate bread with hidden veggies. Gluten-free, vegan & no refined sugar.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350°F & line load pan with nonstick parchment paper

  2. Mix wet ingredients in food processor until combined

  3. In a separate bowl mix together dry ingredients (expect the chocolate bar) then add to food processor and mix on dough, or low, setting until combined.

  4. Mix in half the chopped chocolate bar with a spatula.

  5. Pour dough in lined loaf pan & sprinkle the other half of the chocolate bar on top.

  6. Bake for 55-60 min.

  7. Cool in pan for 15 min then transfer to cooling rack.

  8. For best consistency, allow to cool completely before enjoying.
