Dairy-free Protein Pudding
Prep Time: 5 Min | Refrigerated Time: 30-60 Min
High protein, dairy-free, gluten-free, no refined sugars or eggs.
INGREDIENTS
Pudding
2 large ripe avocados
1/2 cup heavy coconut cream
1/3 cup organic cacao power
1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder (or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract)
3-4 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of sea salt
2 scoops collagen peptides (dairy free or vegan)
Toppings
EVOLVED dark chocolate bar, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth
Refrigerate 30-60 minutes before serving
Store in the fridge
