Tea Time

I’m a HUGE tea gal. I love the ritual of making it as well as how it makes me feel. Don’t get me wrong, coffee is delicious. But it doesn’t always feel the best in my body – I typically get jitters and experience anxiousness when I have too much. Tea is an any time (all the time) practice for me in large part due to the health benefits. From high-antioxidant matcha to soothing herbal, here are some of my favorite go-to teas and their benefits.

Shop Tea Time

Tea

My tea cart is always stocked – these are a few of the staples:

Sun Goddess Matcha

100% organic, ceremonial-grade and quadruple toxin screened. EGCG firms and brightens skin. Catechins help curb sugar and hunger cravings, and chlorophyll supports skin clarity.

Breakfast Black

Supports gut health for healthy digestion with theaflavins. Robust flavor and delightful with a splash of nut milk for afternoon tea.

Hibiscus Beauty Elixir

Hibiscus helps support the oestrogen and progesterone balance in your body, thus helping to regulate and balance the monthly cycle. It’s also great for healthy skin.

Ginger Digestion Elixir

Made with the finest ginger root, licorice root, and fresh citrus peels – a combination used for centuries to support healthy digestion. Calming and soothing formula for day or night (caffeine-free).

Equipment

Everything you need to make the perfect cup:

Electric Tea Kettle

Matcha Whisk

Nespresso Milk Frother

If I don’t make my own nut milk, this is my go-to.
