Cookie Dough Nice Cream

Holy nice cream. Who says cookie dough can't taste great AND be free of chemicals, preservatives, additives, and junk? You can absolutely enjoy treats and still feel great afterward! Try this easy, healthy spin on a cookie dough ice cream dessert.

INGREDIENTS

Nice Cream

  • 2-3 frozen organic bananas


INSTRUCTIONS

Cookie Dough

  1. Mix the first five ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender until combined

  2. Mix in flour and milk until combined

  3. Hand fold in chocolate chips

  4. Roll dough into balls or evenly flatten it in the bottom of a storage container and place in the freezer for at least one hour

  5. If flattened in a container, cut the dough into cubes after chilled

Nice Cream

  1. Blend bananas in high-speed blender until smooth

  2. Mix in cookie dough and serve immediately or for a thicker texture, mix in cookie dough and freeze for at least one hour and scoop.

NOTES

I don't recommend subbing the coconut butter for coconut oil in this recipe for the best results!
